Grant tax breaks to Apple for their oversea profits in exchange for production of police body cameras for all officers.

Apple has hundreds of billions of dollars overseas because of enormous taxes concerned with bringing the money into the U.S. Recent police brutality claims are on the rise and could be prevented by making a deal with Apple or a similar technology company for the manufacturing and distribution of body cameras for all U.S. police officers. This would encourage the company to bring in the massive overseas profits as some of their minimized taxes would be put right back into their company, and the United States government would be able to tax a portion of the income they couldn't before. With body cameras, recent incidents including the Michael Brown death at the hands of Darren Wilson would have not lead to violent riots and uncertainty.
