We implore the Obama Administration to grant the states who wish it temporary secession. This means allowing a state to form its own government for a period of four years and then returning to the Union if they are not happy with the results. If it does work, a petition will be put up to secede. If the petition garners over 70% of a states population, the government will allow it to secede.
