Free Phineas - a family dog who has been held for execution in Salem MO for over a year, based on questionable evidence of biting a neighbor child in his yard. The Mayor has been asked to reverse his ruling to destroy Phineas, but claims no authority to do so. Please intervene on the dog's behalf and stop the drawn out process that has kept this dog from his family, especially Lexie who is very worried for her dog friend.
