How many more disasters will it take president Obama for your administration to take ACTION on granting TPS (Temporary Protected Status) to Guatemalans?
In response to the recent earthquake on June 7th, along with the multiple disasters that have ravaged Guatemala since 2010, we are requesting that your administration stops waiting on an Immigration Reform, and take some action on the TPS application that Guatemala has submitted since 2010.
We the people demand your administration through the Department of Homeland security to take action, review and grant the TPS status for Guatemalans. This benefit will help alleviate this nation’s current status in many ways. Guatemalans rely on remittances from the US, and granting Guatemalans temporary status will help them stay and work in the US.
