Grant The United States Postal Service Increased Control For Its Operational and Financial Procedures

The undersigned do exercise our right to declare in unanimous agreement, to make known to all of Congress and all branches and entities of the United States Government, that We, the People of the United States, do hereby immediately forbid Congress or any entity of the United States Government from attempting to prevent the United States Postal Service from making financially responsible and operationally feasible changes suggested by same. We immediately forbid Congress or any entity of the United States Government to allocate expenditures, whether pre-allocated within legislation or not, and /or create regulations, laws, or boundaries, for or of any taxpayer funds, to prevent the commencement of such changes as deemed favorable by the United States Postal Service to its objective.
