In spite of being legally married for seven years, USCIS will not recognize our marriage. Our file has been stamped "fraudulent." We cannot re-apply. We want our file to be re-opened and to have the opportunity to present our evidence at the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, where we now live.
We are missionaries working for God and the leprosy affected people here in Nepal. We spent five years in India, building a church and assisting an orphanage.
