Grant Veterans and Current Military Personel Low Cost Housing to No-Cost Housing

Created by J.W. on November 14, 2012

We are asking the United States government to provide for all veterans and qualified active duty military members a means of obtaining low-cost to no-cost housing.

As all branches of the U.S, military are voluntary, young men and women enter the services because of a sense of national pride, honor and duty. It is an ardous committment, with many re-enlisting after their initial contract expires.

Veterans should be granted free to low-cost housing for their committment, which should be subsidized by the federal government. Depending on region, the houses should be of average value, with the understanding that the veteran will maintain the home in a satisfactory condition, and will also not be able to sell it for a profit during an agreed upon timeframe as set forth by the U.S. Government
