Currently, G.I. Bill benefits earned by most Veterans normally do expire after 10 years, begining from their EAS or Service Exit Date. Many Veterans have multiple reasons that do not allow them to take advantage of their benefits within that initial 10 year window. With the state of the economy, low employment oppurtunities and increased demands for a higher education for employment, our Veterans deserve the full return on their initial G.I.Bill investment. This initiative is not to request more additional benefits, only a granted continuation of use of the benefits, each Individual Veteran has earned on record at the VA, with the request that no new expiration dates be attached. Thank you for your consideration and support.
