USA, as the leader and the only super power of the world should grant visa free access to USA for every one having PhD in every sciences, so that a PhD holder should be honored to learn more. The entries of PhD to USA will also be beneficial for USA, for the world and for the scientist also. The developing world is not providing respect to PhDs in their country, so USA should grant them entry to their soil at every time they want or should make a law for the PhDs to becoming American citizens.
