Grant visitation to visit spouse for the holidays in the US while waiting to be granted a visa, after matrimony

I petition for the allowance of my husband to come for my birthday and Christmas. Xristo Elias was born and raised on our Island in Greece called Kassos. Although I was born in the US, I have family in Kassos and visit almost every year since I was a very young child. Xristo and I dated when I was 16 and we rekindled our relationship a year and a half ago. We married in Kassos on August 11th. We have hired an Immigration attorney to help us with the process of having him come live hear with me and my family. I am heartbroken that we are apart and ask that he be granted at least 30 days during December into January so I can celebrate my birthday and our first Christmas as husband and wife.
