We petition the Obama Administration to grant voting rights to the US territories of Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and American Samoa.
Americans residing in these territories should be able to vote in Presidential elections as well as elect representatives with full voting powers in the US Congress.
