grant whistleblower status to Edward Snowden

Edward Snowden in the true spirit of American patriotism exposed the illegal spying on Americans by the NSA, while the head of the NSA lied to Congress.
The NSA violated multiple Constitutional Amendments and would have continued had Mr Snowden not had the courage to expose the illegal and unconstitutional activities.
Therefore we petition to give Mr Snowden protection as a whistle blower, protection from prosecution from a government using powers not granted by the citizens nor the constitution, and the head of the NSA be prosecuted for lying under oath to Congress.
It is clear that had Mr Snowden wished to protect the Constitution and not harm The United States.
