We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Granting the people to override an H.O.A. if it benefits the earth such as solar panels. I can't put solar panels here.

Created by S.R. on July 26, 2016

The majority of the people in the United States of America shouldn't have to be harassed by bad H.O.A. practices and most of all it shouldn't limit you to make a difference in preventing further global warming. There are thousands If not more that aren't allowed to make a difference in their neighborhood because "the H.O.A. won't allow that idea, no you can have silent windmills or solar panels, no you can't have solar-paned glass that looks ugly." Tell me whats right, the reality of keeping a healthy earth healthy or your home market place profit? Enough is enough, this is just one issue regarding the H.O.A. But this shouldn't discourage good business practices by other members. If they support preventing climate change and constructively criticizing your decisions, that's okay.
