Granting prior service the chance to go back to active duty it will help unemployment, money flow and less gov expenses

Out here is a lot of prior service personell for the US Army and other services, we will like to earn the opportunity to serve. Personell reduction have being issue to minimize gov expenses but we are expending more in unemployment,food stamps public housing plus at over sees is people earning under contract what two soldiers earn in a year they earned in months. When there are some military specialties to cover those spots the other political parties do not go thru this subject because it is for there profit convinience to allow those tax free contracts.
