Pal. & Is. would share a single parliamentary western style democracy for their two states w/ human and religious rights guaranteed. Enticement for Pals--Israel would negotiate the end to all but two vestiges of Zionism: the Jewish character of the IDF and the right of return. Enticement for Israel-- Palestinians would have to prove they are state worthy. A single political party, called Testify, would be formed in Israel and Palestine, which would have the following purposes: 1. draft the common constitution; 2. build cross-culture and neighborly relations wherever possible; 3. recognition that we pray/believe in a common God, by starting every political meeting with a prayer for peace.MF
