the Great City of El Paso to formally break off with Texas, we are too diverse as a border city with misrepresentation

To create a voice for the City of El Paso Texas, as a diverse border city, Texas does NOT represent what the cities needs or wants. We are tired of being ignored in Austin, Texas does not deserve the Great City of El Paso.
