Many Americans dispute the fact that we need a wall to separate us from our southern neighbors in Mexico. The climate of fear that has surrounded the undocumented immigrant situation has been generated by the Republican Congress and future president Donald Trump was for one reason. To scare voters into voting for them. It worked. Now Trump is asking Congress to obtain the funds with the ludicrous promise that he would be able to get the money from Mexico at a later date. Common sense tells us that you simply cannot make another country pay for something you want to be built This wall is a waste of our valuable resources. I propose Trump voters should have to pay for the wall and no one else should be responsible for financing this atrocity.
