In the U.S. alone animal cruelty is always happening and the punishment given to the few who cause this are given a very minimal punishment and deserve a greater punishment with possibility of jail time. In the U.S. alone there are 10,000 puppy mills and 250,000 animals that fall victim to animal hoarding this need to be put to an end
