The Department of Education operates on a budget which is vastly inferior to that of The Department of Defense. By significantly increasing the national budget for Education by better redistributing the budget for the Department of Defense, we could stimulate research and development outreach programs in public schools and universities, as well as improve citizen marketability in specialized fields such as engineering, technology, and medicine without burdening our citizens with crippling amounts of debt. In turn, citizens of the US can more readily regain their financial stability, help to reverse outsourcing by foreign workers, and better advance our nation as a whole, and that of the life of our citizens.
Eliminate unneeded military spending. Promote education and free thinking.
