Greatly lessen the military budget of the United States.

The United States spends approximately as much on military and defense as the next 15 countries combined, accounts for nearly 50 percent of the entire world's defense spending, and is objected to by a great deal of Americans. In reducing the amount of tax dollars spent on the military, many other forms of governmental public benefit could receive the due attention it deserves instead of propagating a largely unnecessary offensive system.
