Everyone in the US would get a guaranteed basic living wage with no means testing no matter what they make would always get this which would pay for just housing/food/medical=1200/mo at this time approx..
for their whole life and and redundant programs would be eliminated. No means testing would be needed.
start with average income=40,000/yr double it =80k move up to the next 100K tax would start at a low 1/4% then move up 1/4% for every 100K until tax ceiling hit 50% then stops until 100 million which would then be taxed at 75%. We could also cut the military budget by just 1/4% if needed. If everyone around the world got this we could eliminate poverty and cause peace on earth. We could also tax anyone at higher rates if destroying the ecosystem and environment.
