USA & PRC contribute to nearly 40% of global emissions adversely affecting the globe. They are also the largest economies, who can lead the way and also easily afford to. This issue alone impacts the entire world not only in the present but will continue to do so for generations to come. In spite of numerous congresses' held so far, we still wait for tangible action to be taken and more countries to join the efforts, amounting to 50 % total emissions. It is the moral obligation of the largest contributors to act firmly and decisively, leading the way.
