I took a vacation in the year 2003 to the island of St.Lucia. On my return to the U.S. I traveled via Puerto Rico, my Greencard was confiscated in an unbelievable fashion. I had a C felony drug record in 1992 Brklyn N.Y. I was at liberty, married and had 2 American children. Their mother died 1st June 2005. My biggest concern, my son has autism & he was born mentally retarded (sob) had to shed a tear. My daughter got washed out during hurricane Sandy. I heard from her twice then I lost contact.
