Grieving Parent Act is a petition for when a parent loses a Child or Children due to death that instead of the Courts charging and or convicting a parent of a charge of a crime against the parent. The court instead seeks counsel of either Rehabilitation or Counseling for the said grieving parent. That the court takes into consideration of the parent going through the grieving act to do what is best for the parent to come back into society and it does consider the fact that grieving can turn into a mental health problem. That can and will lead into manic depression if not treated accordingly.
