As we all know, Oklahoma is a state with plenty of Native Americans. In fact, 240,000 Native Americans live in Oklahoma. Recently, the Oklahoma legislature passed a bill to cancel APUSH (AP United States History) from school curriculum. APUSH is a course that teaches Americans about the multiple transgressions they have committed against the Native Americans and the immorality of these transgressions. As such, our group, the Group of Concerned Citizens Against Indian Genocide, feels threatened that without this course, such transgressions may happen again, as Mark Twain has said, "(although) history may not always repeat itself, it does rhyme." PREVENT THE SLIPPERY SLOPE! BRING APUSH BACK!
