The chronic unemployment and underemployment problem in the US is the result of over a decade of imbalance in the percentage of US "labor content" involved with the purchase of all goods and services in both the US and global markets. "Free market" economics would suggest that with over a decade in the the shift of labor wealth from US to China/India would result in new product/service markets for US-based global companies but this has not taken place. Instead the new labor wealth in China/India purchase their own "national champion" brands.
This is NOT an equitable "trade balance" nor fair and is directly the cause for the current chronic unemployment and underemployment situation in the US.
Solution: Balance Labor to Sales Market Percentages on a Net Global Basis with Trade/Tax Ref.
