Guarantee to Amanda Knox that she will not be extradited without evidence that would stand up an American court

Amanda Knox's overturned conviction was based as much on her myspace page as it was on the prosecutor Mignini's (convicted of abuse of power, imprisoning a journalist who criticized him for investigating the Monster of Florence case based on beliefs of Masonic Cults rather than evidence, illegal wire tapping...) occult theories. Independent review showed that the crime scene wasn't secured, DNA was collected in paper bags using contaminated gloves, DNA testing was improperly done, the blood on the bloody knife turned out to be flour residue...
The point is that even if she is guilty, she should be convicted on evidence, & given the complete vacuum of evidence no American citizen should have to fear being extradited to face trial for witchcraft (& yes witchcraft was part of Mignini's case)
