guarantee equal protection between parents when relationships are dissolved-rather than handicapping fathers in US court

Created by D.P. on December 05, 2014

The SEPA - Shared and Equal Parenting Act. Discriminatory, prejudicial, and violating the due process rights of fathers, which are guaranteed under the US Constitution, occur every day. Too many times, children are alienated (abused) from one parent due to this due process violation. I petition the White House to enact legislation, as long as the parents reside within 50 miles of each other, and the parents LACK the evidence to prove either parent unfit, to establish a joint legal, joint physical, split decision making, and equitable and transparent use of monies paid (if any - commonly referred to as Child Support) to the other parent to JUSTIFY the money is going towards the child.
