No citizen and or law enforcement personnel should be allowed to possess a firearm , without special training like that of the military. To the level of marksmanship necessary, not only to hit fatal target areas, but the main ligaments and bones. Being mentally and physically trained to subdue a potentially violent suspects! Especially unarmed persons. Deadly force being a last solution!
