Guarantee the Right To Vote, so it cannot be denied to any adult citizen for any reason

The right to vote is of central and paramount importance to our democracy. As such, all adult citizens must be guaranteed the right to vote in every election where they live.

This means, in particular, that mentally ill persons must be allowed to vote, and felons must be allowed to vote. No one should ever be disenfranchised and lose the right to participate in the governing process, for any reason.
