Our position is that all animals should be treated as creatures worthy of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We feel that the definition of animal in the Code of Federal Regulations should have no exceptions and all animals should be treated the same and offered the same rights. It is time to stop differentiating between livestock and pets.
