According the Center for Economic and Policy Research, "The United States is the only advanced economy in the world that does not guarantee its workers paid vacation."
I could go on about how time off helps families, time off can lead to a less stressful life, or any number of reasons why time off would be beneficial, but you already know that. The only reason this will not happen, our political process has been taken over by corporations and special interests. Why did I even bother with this? It is just as useless as everything else in Washington.
I should just ask for a better national minimum wage, higher taxes for the rich, or flying pigs.
