Incapactated person have been assigned a guardian (my case I asked in my failed attempt to save my mom for what I believed to be exploration in my sister towards my mom) now mom has been assigned a guardian and I don't know what I did or mom did to deserve this... A guardian is not what I expected or needed at all... They can destroy a family when given this much power.
