Gun Control

In the Connecticut gun massacre, the gun used was legally owned and stored
by the owner. However, the owners' son obtained the gun killed the owner
and 24 other people. I propose the following; incorporate into guns a
measure which allows only the gun owner to operate their weapon. Currently
there're devices on the market which could meet this requirement. It would
require that the manufacture incorporate this measure during the
manufacturing process or as an add-on after the manufacturing process.
