Gun control background checks to include objective evidence that the guns are stored in a secure area

This petition is to include in gun background checks objective evidence that the purchased fire arms are stored in a secure area with only the licensed person who is registered for the gun permit is the only one who has access. Objective evidence can include proof of purchase of a gun storage unit. Would recommend ATF conduct remand checks to enforce this. This is intended to ensure only registered people use guns.
