Gun control does not decrease gun violence, drug activity, or gang violence.
Luther T. Blue, Jr. was killed in San Francisco November 15, 2005 while washing his car. There were over a dozen witnesses of the shooting yet no one spoke to the police in fear of their own lives.
We ask Congress for funding to protect witnesses of violent crimes. The witness program does not work due to lack of funding. Witnesses are being kidnapped, threatened, intimidated and murdered for doing their civil duty. Stricter laws to those who do harm or death to witnesses, families and/or friends.
We need witnesses to come forward for convictions of the accused.
