Gun Control- Freedom equals Responsibility Act

Created by C.O. on January 23, 2014

Gun legislation shouldn't impede on the right to bear arms however the responsibility of owning a gun needs to be more defined in areas of liability and law.

As a gun owner, constant knowledge of your gun/s location and accessibility by others are issues needing addressed and defined by our legal system including definition of responsibility, neglect, liability and criminal liability including penalties for illegal sales, neglectful access, failure to report missing or stolen firearms and degrees of result of incidents.

Yes, we have the right to have and bear arms but if your firearms are found illegally accessible by others by sales or neglect then you should be held responsible to a degree/s for not maintaining said firearms.
