This petition is on behalf of the group Abolish Speed Limits For The Second Amendment.
We believe that if a gun is a tool that is only dangerous when used by the wrong person. Speed limits and other traffic laws are pointless because a car is a tool just the same. Speed limits hurt good drivers just as much as gun control hurts good gun owners. Speed limits are pointless to criminals and bad drivers, just like gun control is pointless because it doesn't affect criminals and bad gun owners.
It is only right that we legislate one tool like the other and if we are to legislate based on whom a law effects not what its intent is, then we must do out duty and eliminate speed limits. They are just as hurtful and pointless as gun control.
