Recently, Missouri State Representative pre-proposed a bill for the state of Missouri to restrict firearm sales based on their strict abortion laws:
What does this entail?
1.Purchase request must be made 72 hours prior to the initial request to buy a gun from a licensed gun dealer located at least 120 miles from legal residence
2. Confer with a physician prior to determine fitness and possible adverse affects to gun ownership.
3. Verified and certified tour of an emergency room when gun violence victims are present
4. Visit family of a victim of gun violence within 72 hours of purchase and two local faith leaders who have officiated funerals of such victims.
