As the Constitution is very clear and as the Supreme Court has clearly ruled on numerous occassions and as the founding fathers have so clearly dictated:
ALL Men have the RIGHT to BEAR ARMS.
Therefore, ANY action attempted by the government, be it US or state, to control ownership of Guns, Ammo, Magazine size, fire rate, range, power OR ANY attempt to require registration, recording, tracking, monitoring, approval of use or any other act that attempts to impede the exercise of our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS is to be considered an assault ON Our Constitutional Rights and at a minimum grounds for impeachment for gross failure of office and lying under oath (refusal to uphold the Constitution). Clear Intent to violate the Constitution in office is considered an act of TREASON.
