Gun Control should be more STRICT

I notice that anybody can buy guns whenever they want. I saw a twitter post, a guy easily bought a gun. The next day, he got into a fight with his roommate, and ended up killing his roommate. In his tweet, he stated "buying a gun is too easy". I just think that the government should prohibit anyone from buying guns. Literally, only soldiers, cops, and the government must have guns. In my opinion, they are the only ones who are obligated to have guns, because it is their duty to protect the citizens of the United States of America. Buying guns from unlicensed sellers must be prohibited. In this case, nobody would be able to easily buy a gun. Writing an appeal to the government is the only way for you to buy a gun, if you really think that you need a gun for your protection.
