A training program that is issued to all members on their 18th birthday or volunteer (over 18). They are given gun safety instruction from a certified law enforcement agent, taught US national law on border patrol by law enforcement, taught survival and rescue training by a certified instructor, issued a .22lr caliber rifle and a box of 50 rounds on completion, and further is obligated to perform a 3 month job in border patrol with government pay. The .22lr rifle is theirs to keep so long as they keep a box of 50 rounds accessible. They must also keep a backpack ready to go for defense, survival, and rescue. This backpack must include shelter, food for 72 hrs, water for 72 hrs, medical supplies for care and instructions on how to use, and other supplies deemed needed by the individual.
