Citizens who are not a member of law enforcement May posses:
Revolvers that have no more than six rounds and not greater than .45 caliber.
Riffles that are bolt action or semi-automatic riffle with a maximum capacity of 5 rounds either in the clip or loaded within the rifle itself with a round no greater than .30-06. A firearm must be sold through a licensed ATF dealer who is allowed to charge up to $15.00 to handle the paperwork and is required to retain the paperwork for a minimum of one year. ATF or FBI agent(s) are allowed to audit in person with notice not less than 72 hours and without subpoena. This order does not alter the Antique Firearm definition. Citizens owning a firearm before this order must register all $100 annually unlimited for handguns and riffle or $1000 gun.
