1. Every new gun that is made has a micro chip built into the weapon that acts like a "IP address" like all computers have. All schools have sensors surrounding the entire campus at key access points forming a secure zone around the school. Once the gun comes in contact with the sensors a alarm goes off to alert local police and a alarm goes off inside the school to order a "lockdown". Guns will not be tracked away from schools zones. We live in a world were our cell phones are tracked by satellite and computers have an IP address that can be traced.
2. Pass national laws that require all existing gun owners to have any gun they carry away from there home to have a micro chip inserted in the gun.
