Statistically the majority of those involved in gun violence are criminals killing criminals, most of which have multiple prior conviction averaging from 6-9 prior convictions.
2: any one that has Three or more criminal convictions "even mistermeaners" can not own a firearm as 3 conviction display patterns of misconduct toward leading a criminal lifestyle.
3: stricter punishment
3a: A non violent crime committed with the use of a firearm I.e robbery or threatening someone should be a felony conviction with a minimum 10-15 yr sentence.
3b: A violent crime committed with the use of a firearm I.e sexual assault, rape, attempted murder, and murder should be a felony conviction with a minimum 20-life/death row sentence.
