Gun protection for inspection

Created by E.R. on January 16, 2013

Everyone should have the right to bear arms but the firearms should be taken care of if not in use. Registered firearms while at the house, should be locked up in a safe. All weapons that are registered are subject to an inspection at anytime. If they are found out of the safe while at the house and not in use, they may be seized. The owner can be banned from new purchases for two years and also fined. Weapons being seized would be due to that person not properly using and storing. If an unregistered weapon is found, then all weapons would be seized regarldless of placement and the person can be banned to own a weapon for up to ten years.
