As of today 12/21/12,so many senseless tragedies have occurred in our country due to outdated rules set in our original consitution.THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS,should be amended.We now live in a country with trained skilled military and law enforcement,yet we have Columbine,VT,Aurora and now Newtown.When the everyday liberties we are all given as americans become reasons to die because of gun control,now it's time for changes.Strict applications to purchase that must be passed,including mental evaluations,extensive background checks and purposes for useage.With US gov. issued permits for firearms with titles like property if exchanged the new owner must pass all parts of applications in order to obtain new ownership.This should be also encouraged to every nation in the world.
