In response to the rising levels of undocumented mentally ill gunowners in this country given the ability to purchase guns without background checks, and the rise of high population shootings such as schools, federal buildings, veteran offices, stadiums, federal buildings, and with conservative states technically repealing all gun ownership laws, we now have a severe need for the federal government to step in and overturn the once state level issue of gun rights and set the federal gun ownership standard in America. Which is why I will provide that standard down below that the amendment will prescribe:
