The natural right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed to all American citizens, and was of such high importance to our Founding Fathers that it was only second to the freedom of speech. The proposed bans on assault weapons and high capacity magazines is a clear infringement on this right, and any executive actions to expedite such legislation are therefore unconstitutional.

-SHOULD WEAPONS LAW REFORM BE DEEMED NECESSARY IT SHOULD BE VOTED ON AND ISSUED ON A STATE LEVEL, NOT FEDERAL.
