Gun safety training in schools.

We seem to have every type of safety training in schools imaginable but not gun safety. We keep looking to solutions to the problems in society that come out of fear and hysteria solutions that are to extreme or just plain impossible to implement. Instead we should first look to simple solutions that could solve the problem. We don't wait around for kids to stick objects in the power outlets we show them that its dangerous and could kill them; we don't wait till there's is a fire to show them how to escape a burning building. Gun's should be no different. Guns are here they are not going away and instead of looking for ways that only those on the far ends of the spectrum can get behind lets start with a moderate solution.
